Ethics Channel

The Ethics Channel is a tool implemented by Altoplast for the confidential and anonymous communication of actions that contravene current legislation, the internal regulations of the company or its code of ethics.

Altoplast’s Ethics Channel complies with all the provisions set forth in Law 2/2023, of 20th February, which regulates the protection of parties who report regulatory infractions or infractions that contravene the fight against corruption. All information provided will be treated confidentially.

Information can be reported to the Compliance Officer via the following channels:

• By email:
  • codietic@altoplast.com  (this email address can also be used to request a private audience or telephone call with the Compliance Officer.)
• By post: by writing to the Compliance Officer at C/ Pla de la Calma 13-31, 08550, Hostalets de Balenyà (Barcelona). Please mark the envelope “CONFIDENTIAL”.
